Philip Bach

Managing Director

Philip and David Wise founded Active Value Capital in 2019.

Previously he was Head of Active Value Property at Kames Capital and the Fund Manager responsible for establishing and managing the Kames Active Value Property Unit Trusts I & II.

Before this Philip was a Director at ING Real Estate Investment Management, where he was co-head of the segregated accounts team and Fund Manager responsible for four pension fund mandates.

Philip is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has 25 years’ experience in property markets.

David Wise

Managing Director

David and Philip Bach founded Active Value Capital in 2019.

Previously David was at Kames Capital the Property arm of which he founded in 2007. At Kames he was Head of the Direct Property Team and responsible for investment and equity raising. David has over 31 years property investment experience and prior to joining Kames he was Investment Director at AVIVA Investors.

David is a Chartered Surveyor, a member of the IPF and sits on the board of the Association of Real Estate Funds.
