David Wise and Philip Bach are proud to announce the launch of Active Value Capital (AVC).

AVC aims to be a specialist in the sourcing and asset management of good secondary and value add real estate, a field in which David and Philip have unrivalled experience over many years.

The Team particularly focus on the under researched small lot size area of the market in the £5-20m range.

David and Philip were previously at Kames Capital where they had a strong track record and diverse client base.

Wise was a founder Director of the original Kames Property business and Bach, the Head of the successful Active Value Funds range.
